Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your order, and we put a lot of care into every piece we make.
Because everything is handmade, we’re not able to offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering mistakes. So please double check your order and sizing details before purchasing and if you’re unsure, feel free to reach out, we’re always happy to help.
If Something Isn’t Right
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn’t quite what you ordered, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll always do our best to fix it quickly and fairly. Depending on the situation, this may include:

or another suitable solution
We may just ask for a photo so we can understand what’s happened.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been sent, it’s in the hands of Australia Post, so delivery times can occasionally vary.
For tracked orders, we’re happy to help lodge an enquiry if something seems off.
For untracked (large letter) orders, we’re unable to investigate once they’ve been dispatched, as there’s no tracking available.
