Thanks for shopping with Snuggle Bug Pets!  All of our products are handmade and packed with care in Australia.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be made and dispatched.

During busy periods (such as market prep or sales), this may occasionally take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Shipping Options

📨 Large Letter (Untracked – Bandanas Only)

  • $5 AUD

  • Available on eligible bandana-only orders

  • No tracking is provided

  • Sent via Australia Post regular mail

This option is best for lower-value orders. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be tracked or investigated if lost in transit.

📦 Standard Tracked Shipping

  • $9 AUD

  • Includes tracking

  • Recommended for all orders, especially bows and mixed orders

  • Sent via Australia Post

This is our most popular and recommended option for peace of mind.

⚡ Express Shipping

  • $12 AUD

  • Priority processing and faster delivery via Australia Post Express services

  • Tracking provided where available

Important Information

  • Shipping times are in addition to processing time

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post and your location

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of Australia Post

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot make changes once your order has been sent

Lost or Delayed Parcels

For tracked orders, we’re always happy to help lodge an enquiry with Australia Post if something seems delayed or missing.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to investigate untracked (large letter) orders once they have been dispatched.
